About Me

Hi, I'm Kristina.

I’m a certified Life Activation Practitioner and Ritual Master in the Modern Mystery School. 

I was introduced to meditation and the major religions of the world in high school. Right away I saw similarities in the teachings of each of them and knew we were on to something as humans. I continued to learn more about religions and meditation and found a group meditation at the Modern Mystery School. I loved the teachings and energies from various meditations and classes so much, that I got certified to heal and run meditation classes.

My goal is to help you step into your own power, I can’t wait to work with you!
